The Cullen family decide to move to Lima, Ohio, where they also start attending high school. Things start off fine until Edward meets Quinn, his ‘singer’. With her scent so intoxicating, he battles his resistance towards her blood and her heart. Trouble stirs up when Edward’s x-girlfriend Victoria comes to town, determined to win Edward back and kill Quinn. While the Cullen family gets wrapped up in the people of Lima, the wolves set out to keep balance, even if it means taking the Cullens down with them. To add to the massive amount of problems, hunters start to make appearances, threatening the Cullens existence.

Edward Cullen - Edward falls in love with Quinn, but still has feelings for Victoria. He knows Quinn is his lifelong mate, but is having difficulty deciding if he wants to change her.

Quinn Fabray - Quinn falls in love with Edward, but has an attraction towards James. With both of the boys having secrets, she can’t decide who she’s ultimately in love with, and which life she wants in the end.

Rachel Berry - Rachel has always loved Jacob, but when Jacob enters his ‘wolf’ stage, he changes on her and pushes her away. In the process she falls into the hands of Emmett.

Emmett Cullen - Emmett has always adored Rosalie, despite the fact that she refuses to marry him. He thought she was his soulmate until he met the Rachel and everything changed.

Rosalie Cullen - Rosalie planned to marry Emmett until she met Sam. She’s determined to turn him and make him her life long mate. Only she’ll have to break him away from Vesper to do so.

Sam Evans - Sam finds Rosalie impossible to resist until he finds out what she is through Vesper. Now he must decide between the hunted or the hunter.

James Hayes(Alex Pettyfer) - James is a vampire hunter, coming from a long line. He moved to Lima with his family in hopes of breaking away from his life style and settling down. Only that becomes impossible to do when he falls in love with Quinn and finds out she’s in love with a vampire.

Vesper Hayes(Megan Fox) - James’ sister and fellow hunter. She grows attached to Sam and ironically Jasper. As her love for Jasper grows, so does her love for Sam and need to protect him. But what’s she protecting him from if she’s in the same state?

Alice Cullen - Alice wants Finn, Finn wants Alice. But can they be together with so much tearing them apart? It doesn’t help that Puck is determined to win her over either.

Finn Hudson - Finn wants Alice forever and is willing to change for her, but does he really understand the risk? And is Alice’s love for him deep enough?

Jasper Hale - Jasper takes an interest in Vesper only for the purpose of spying on her. But things get bad when he starts to care for her. On top of that, he accidentally turns Santana in a fit of rage and must help her through the process while also trying to resist her.

Santana Lopez - At first Santana wants Jacob, until he meets Jasper. After she’s turned, she falls in love with him. But being a vampire changes everything. Suddenly feeding is more important than love.

Victoria(Nina Dobrev) - Victoria loves Edward and wants him back. She moves to Lima in hopes of getting him back and destroying Quinn. But in the process she falls for Puck.

Jacob Black - Jacob loves Rachel, but can’t help keeping his secret from her. But she may find out when it’s too late and he can’t win her back.
